Apartment in the residential complex "Klubne Mistechko"
The private apartment is located in a club-type residential complex.
Order in space and placement of objects, restrained design of the apartment in the style of minimalism. The customer is a young family.
The design project uses light, deep shades and textures of wood. The not very large area of the room required the use of only those objects and furniture that are necessary for life. Cutting off unnecessary structures, ultimately allowed to create a functional apartment. The designer decided to use light shades and pastel tones in the design, which emphasizes the elegance and style of the space, creating an atmosphere of coziness and comfort.
The apartment consists of a hallway, a kitchen-studio, a bathroom, a bedroom and a children's room.
Thanks to a smart redevelopment, everything that the customer wanted to see was placed in the kitchen-studio: a spacious kitchen area in terracotta tones, a dining table with chairs and a soft sofa are located in the bright area.
The children's room is striking in its soft blue color, where quite a few textile elements are used. The ceiling panel for drawing also serves as an accent.
